1. What we do

BeyondClip Labs is an AI YouTube growth platform built for real estate agents. We offer a free AI channel audit, weekly video idea recommendations, and live competitor tracking — all powered by analysis of publicly available YouTube data. Insights and recommendations are AI-generated and intended as guidance, not professional advice. Paid plans with additional features may be offered in the future.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract.

3. Accounts

You may optionally create an account using Google Sign-In or email. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for any activity under your account.

Connecting your YouTube channel via OAuth is optional. We use the access strictly to fetch your channel's public statistics for personalised audits. We do not post, modify, or delete anything on your channel.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Audit channels you don't own or have permission to analyse for commercial purposes
• Use the Service to scrape, harvest, or otherwise extract data from third parties
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Use automated tools to overwhelm or abuse our infrastructure
• Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose

5. YouTube data

The Service uses the YouTube Data API. By using it, you are also bound by Google's Privacy Policy and YouTube's Terms of Service. You may revoke our access to your YouTube account at any time via your Google Account's security settings.

6. Content and IP

You retain ownership of your YouTube channel and any content you create. The audit reports we generate are provided to you for your own use. Our underlying software, prompts, and brand assets remain the property of BeyondClip Labs.

7. No guarantees

Audit insights are AI-generated and based on publicly available data and statistical analysis. We make no guarantees about subscriber growth, lead generation, or business outcomes. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeyondClip Labs and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
